Privacy Policy for Duplicati
Last Updated: February 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how your data is handled when you use our self-hosted Duplicati instance located at backup.indigitalform.com.
1. Information We Collect
Our application uses Google OAuth to allow you to back up your files to your own Google Drive account. We collect the following:
- Google User Identity: Your email address (to identify the backup destination).
- Google Drive Access: Temporary access tokens to upload, download, and manage backup files.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the access granted via Google OAuth solely to perform backup and restore operations as configured by you within the Duplicati interface.
- We only access the specific folders or files required for your backup sets.
- We do not use your Google data for marketing, profiling, or any other purpose.
3. Data Storage and Security
- No Third-Party Sharing: We do not share, sell, or trade your Google user data with any third parties.
- Local Processing: All data processing occurs on your self-hosted server. Your Google credentials (tokens) are stored encrypted within your Duplicati database.
- Data Retention: We retain your Google OAuth tokens only as long as the backup configuration exists. If you delete the backup job or revoke access, the tokens are removed.
4. Limited Use Disclosure
Our use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
